激光熱處理(chǔ lǐ)技術(shù)

激光熱處理(chǔ lǐ)是利用高功率(指物體在單位時(shí)間內所做的功的多少)密度的激光束對進(jìn)行表面處理的方法，它可以對實(shí)現相變硬化(或稱(chēng)作表面淬火、表面非晶化、表面重熔粹火)、表面合金化等表面改性處理，產(chǎn)生用其大表面淬火達不到的表面成分、組織、性能的改變。激光配件工作時(shí)，先由激光發(fā)射二極管對準目標發(fā)射激光脈沖。經(jīng)目標反射后激光向各方向散射。部分散射光返回到傳感器接收器，被光學(xué)系統接收后成像到雪崩光電二極管上。雪崩光電二極管是一種內部具有放大功能的光學(xué)傳感器，因此它能檢測極其微弱的光信號，并將其轉化為相應的電信號。經(jīng)激光處理后，鑄鐵表面硬度可以達到HRC60度以上，中碳及高碳的碳素鋼，表面硬度可達HRC70度以上，從而提高起抗磨性，抗疲勞，耐腐化侵蝕，抗氧化(抗氧化自由基)等性能，增加其使用的時(shí)長(cháng)，激光熱處理技術(shù)與其它熱處理如高頻淬火，滲碳，滲氮等傳統工藝相比，具有以下特性：

1、無(wú)需使用外加材料(Material),僅改變被處理(chǔ lǐ)材料表面的組織結構.處理后的改性層具有足夠的厚度,可根據需要調整深淺一般可達0.1-0.8mm。激光配件主要包括激光機上常用的部件，如激光器，激光管，激光電源，激光頭，激光控制系統，激光運動(dòng)系統，激光鏡片等。

2、處理(chǔ lǐ)層和基體結合強度高.激光表面處理的改性層和基體材料(Material)之間是致密的冶煉金屬結合,而且處理層表面是致密的冶金組織,具有比較高的硬度和耐磨耗性。激光配件主要包括激光機上常用的部件，如激光器，激光管，激光電源，激光頭，激光控制系統，激光運動(dòng)系統，激光鏡片等。

3、被處理(chǔ lǐ)件變形極小，由于激光功率(指物體在單位時(shí)間內所做的功的多少)密度高，與零件的作用時(shí)間很短(10-2-10秒)，故零件的熱變形區和整體變化都很小。故適合于高精度零件處理(chǔ lǐ)，作為材料(Material)和零件的最后處理(chǔ lǐ)工序。
